You can reset your password yourself.

Reset Your Password

Step 1: Go to https://vitanavis.com

Step 2: Click the "Log In" button

Step 3: Click the "Password problems?" text below where you type in your password

Step 4: Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button

Step 5: Look for an email from noreply@email.vitanavis.com entitled "Your VitaNavis Password Reset"

Step 6: Use the link to create your new password
